For what purpose do we collect the above information?
We use your information to improve the Gladiance product experience.

1. Website performance :Gladiance utilizes technology to accumulate information about traffic on our websites. The data collected may include your IP address, information about the browser being used, server logs, the pages you view at Gladiance web sites, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with Gladiance web sites. We use this information on an individual and aggregated basis to help design and improve our web pages, monitor website usage, and compile business and technical statistics. Disclaimer for Smart Switch Use

By using this electronic switch, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. Safety Precautions: Always follow safety guidelines when operating the switch. Ensure the device is installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Liability: The manufacturer and distributors are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use, installation, or failure to follow guidelines.
  3. Environmental Conditions: Ensure the switch is used in appropriate environmental conditions. Avoid exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, and other hazardous conditions.
  4. Maintenance: Regularly inspect the electronic switch for signs of wear or damage. Perform maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  5. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for understanding the functions and limitations of the switch. Proper training or consultation may be required to ensure safe usage.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding electrical devices and installations.
  7. Modification: Do not modify the electronic switch or its components without prior authorization from the manufacturer.
  8. Installation – All battery operated devices can be installed by a non-trained person, even by the consumer himself as they fall under the ‘Do It Yourself’ category whereas the devices requiring power supply need to be installed by a trained professional only. Any damage/loss/product failure as a result of non-compliance of the manufacturer instructions would not bring upon any liability on the manufacturer.

Warranty Clause

1. Warranty Coverage:Gladiance Automation Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that Gladiance Smart Switches (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of invoice or date of registration of product, whichever is earlier (“Warranty Period”). The warranty provided herein is only with respect to and limited to the manufacturing defects/shortcomings, if any.  
2.Warranty Services: During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the Product, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either:
a. Repair the defective Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or
b. Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.
3.Warranty Claim Process: To obtain warranty service, Customer must:
a. Contact Gladiance Automation customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.
b. Return the defective Product, along with proof of purchase and the RMA number, to the address provided by customer support.
4.Exclusions:This warranty does not cover:
a. Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation or maintenance.
b. Damage or defects caused by accidents, acts of nature, or other external causes.
c. Normal wear and tear.
d. Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than the Company or an authorized service provider.
e. Damage or defects caused by use of the Product in a manner that is not intended or permitted by the Company.
f. Damage or defects caused due to issues in electrical output that is not intended or permitted by the company.
5.Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty and remedy for the Product, and the Company disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the Product.
Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Changes to Warranty The Company reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, provided that such modifications will not affect warranty claims made prior to the date of the modification.
